Listings in Q4 2026 get $99 off, so your listing is free through December 31, 2026. Your listing can then renew for Q1 2027 at $99.
Is there a contract?
No. There’s no contract, and you can cancel anytime.
How does the price lock work?
After four consecutive quarterly renewals, your price is locked at $99 for as long as you keep renewing each quarter without missing a cycle. If a renewal is missed, the lock ends.
Do guests book on your site?
No. My Space. Your Place. is a directory. Every Book Now button opens your own booking page in a new tab, so reservations and payments happen on your website.
Who sets the house rules?
You do. It’s your place. Your rules appear on your listing so guests know what to expect before they click through to book.
Can I list more than one property?
Yes. Each property is listed at the same $99 quarterly rate.
What if I don’t have my own booking website?
You’ll need a page where guests can book or request dates. Many owners use a direct-booking tool or their property manager’s site. Get in touch and we can talk through options.
